Well now we know! The long empty Pearl Restaurantat MGM Grand Las Vegas is soon to become home to China Tang, operated by Hong Kong’s Michelin starred Lai Sun Dining. Expect dishes from Sichuan, Beijing, Shanghai and of course Hong Kong. China Tang already has an outpost in The Dorcester, London, UK and is one of London’s Top Restaurants, rated in the top 5% of restaurants in the capital.
